A National Historic Landmark, Stratford Hall is home to the Lees of Virginia and is located in the Northern Neck of Virginia. Nestled along the Potomac River, Stratford Hall’s nearly 2,000 acres come to life through the presentation and preservation of the 18th-century Great House, vibrant gardens, natural trails revealing breathtaking river views, and the stories of all who lived here.
Description
As a gift to our local community, Stratford Hall will be offering a Free Day for residents in the counties of Westmoreland and King George Counties on Thursday, December 10th to experience all that Stratford Hall has to offer.
Explore the historic grounds with a Grounds Pass will offering access to the hiking trails, public beach area, gardens, public grounds, Visitor Center, and Gift Shop (this does not include admission to the Great House and other historic buildings). Enrich your visit with an Audio Tour - reserve in advance for either 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. options. Limited tour tickets are available.
Local residents will receive a 10% discount in the Gift Shop and Friends of Stratford members a 20% discount during free days.
